WHERE ARE YOUR COMPANY LOCATIONS?

We have warehouse locations in Fargo ND, Minneapolis, MN, N. Sioux City SD, and Wichita KS. Refer to our Contact Us page for complete address and contact information.

WHAT ARE YOUR COMPANY HOURS?

All locations are open 8am-5pm CST.

I AM A NEW CUSTOMER, HOW DO I ORDER?

You can call us today to set up an account or shop our online store. Refer to our Contact Us page for your closest location.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes. All locations are open to our customers.  We also offer a “Curbside” pickup.  You can place orders by either calling in or online.   When you arrive, please call and we will bring the order to you.

If you did not order ahead, please call the local branch and place your order.  We will pick the order and bring the order to you as soon as possible.  Please allow extra time if you did not order prior to arriving at the branch.

I AM UNABLE TO FIND A PRODUCT IN ONLINE STORE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you have ordered the incorrect item and received a defective product please call customer service for an RMA # (return material authorization). Returned orders without an RMA cannot be accepted.

  • Any authorized return of supply materials after 10 calendar days are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Any credit due will be applied toward future orders.
  • Items over 30 days may not be returned.
  • Any authorized return of equipment after three calendar days are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
  • Authorized returns shall be returned in their original packaging and shall not show any signs of use, wear, abuse or damage.
  • No returns of videos, software, or special-order items.
  • Only authorized returns will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Freight returned without an RMA number cannot be accepted.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON MY ORDER?

We will add sales tax when an order is processed (if applicable). Your purchase is not exempt from sales or use tax merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means.

Shipping FAQ’s

MY ORDER WAS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, WHAT DO I DO?

If you suspect an order is damaged please examine the item completely. DO NOT RETURN without contacting us first.

  • Inspect it thoroughly for damage before you’re asked to sign off on the delivery.
  • Take pictures to document the damage
  • Contact us immediately to process your claim and submit for an RMA
  • Only authorized returns will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Freight returned without an RMA number cannot be accepted.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All received orders are processed M-F during company hours. We are committed to shipping all in-stock items the same day. Shipping times vary depending on your selection and available modes of transportation.

Note that delivery times do not act as a guarantee. Deliveries may be affected by unforeseen delays such as inclement weather. Please allow extra time for shipping if an item is being specially ordered directly from the manufacturer.
